Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are custom made to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable.
Customers must take special care when placing such orders.
GoVinyl.com creates all orders according to the information that is supplied by the customer.
GoVinyl.com is not repsonsible for spelling or typographical errors during the ordering process.
Warranty
We do not offer any product warranties of any kind.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information.;
Expect your package within 2-3 business days after we ship - TRACK your package!
Once the package has left our possesion and enters into the carriers, responsibility is passed onto the customer.
GoVinyl.com is not responsible for delivery delays including local delivery errors.
GoVinyl.com is not responsible for shipping damage or loss.
All orders over $50 are insured.
Incorrect Address Supplied / Unclaimed / Returned to Sender
When a package is not deliverable and returned to us, we will notify you via email.
We will reship your package for an additional shipping charge.
An invoice with new shipping charges will be sent via PayPal.
Customers have 30 days to pay for additional shipping costs.
If after 30 days and no payment is made, customers are agreeing to terminate the sale.
Pricing
All prices are in USD. All promotional prices will be reflected in the shopping cart.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Some purchases may qualify for quantity discounted pricing. Please contact us.
Customer Privacy Policy
We do not share your information with anyone at any time.
All payments are processed via PayPal. We never see your account numbers, bank numbers or any other personal data.
Customers Name, Address and Email are all we use on occassion to send notifications of future promotions!
Customers always have the right to "opt-out" of receiving such promotions simply by emailing us or writing to our address.
